01 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and fanchai ("Platform", "We", or "Company"), which operates the website https://fanchai.pro and all related services including the fanchai mobile app.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fanchai platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

In this Agreement, "Platform" refers to the fanchai website, mobile app, and all digital services provided by fanchai. "Games" refers to all gambling activities including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo, and all other games available on the platform. "Funds" refers to real money in your account, excluding bonus balances.

02 Member Eligibility

To use the fanchai platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using our services:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout the entire period of platform use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Never previously banned from using the fanchai platform by fanchai for any reason.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program at any recognized gambling platform.

Fanchai reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accepted documents include the Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), a valid passport, or other official documents confirming your age and identity. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at fanchai. Multiple account registrations, whether under the same name or different names, are strictly prohibited. fanchai uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device, payment information, and personal details.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your identification card, date of birth, active email address, mobile number, and a valid payment method. fanchai is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Contact the fanchai support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. fanchai will not be liable for any losses resulting from your own disclosure of your password to another party.

04 Deposits and Payments

Fanchai supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The latest deposit limits are displayed in the Finance section of your account. fanchai reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to members.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your fanchai account name.
• Deposits from third parties, including family members, are not accepted and will be returned.
• Fanchai does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made into your account are final and cannot be reversed.

05 Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal of winnings will be processed once your account's KYC verification is fully completed. The KYC process requires you to upload a valid proof of identity and proof of current address. This process is typically completed within one to two business days.

Approved withdrawal requests will be processed and funds sent to your bank account or e-wallet within the stipulated timeframe. Processing times depend on your chosen withdrawal method and may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as your original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as specified in the Finance section of the platform.
• Fanchai reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be used for betting and the wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be placed on hold pending investigation.

06 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Fanchai offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. Those specific terms form part of this Agreement and must be read together with this document.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the respective promotion's terms.

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• Fanchai reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Using more than one account to claim bonuses is considered fraudulent and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Fanchai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Game Rules

All games on the fanchai platform are conducted in accordance with rules set by their respective game providers and are overseen by independent regulatory bodies. Game results generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer are final and cannot be disputed unless verifiable evidence of a technical failure exists.

In the event of a technical failure affecting game outcomes, fanchai reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to your account. Bets placed during a technical disruption may not be honoured, and fanchai will not be liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Fanchai reserves the right to restrict or block access to any game for specific players based on suspicious gameplay patterns.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fanchai platform and will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Providing false information or using another person's identity during registration or the KYC process.
• Abusing the bonus system, including bonus hunting techniques intended to manipulate wagering requirements.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Any attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt fanchai's technical infrastructure.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in Live Casino games or Sports Betting.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your fanchai account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawal requests have been settled and there are no active bonuses currently undergoing wagering.

Fanchai reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or instructions from the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of fanchai's internal investigation.

Members who have closed their account may re-register after a six-month period, subject to fanchai's approval and the conditions applicable at the time of re-registration. Members whose accounts were closed due to fraud or illegal activity are not permitted to re-register at any time.

10 Liability Cap

Fanchai provides an online gambling platform as an entertainment service. The platform is provided "as is" and fanchai makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. fanchai is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or circumstances beyond fanchai's control.

Gambling carries real financial risk. fanchai is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of gambling activity on the platform. You acknowledge and accept that gambling is a high-risk activity and that losing all deposited funds is a genuine possibility.

Under no circumstances shall fanchai's total liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Fanchai values your privacy. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is conducted in accordance with fanchai's separate Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which can be read on the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information is collected for identity verification, payment processing, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes. fanchai will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties except as outlined in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

12 Responsible Gaming
