After completing the form, you will receive a verification email — click the link in that email to activate your account. During the KYC verification process, we will verify your date of birth using a valid identification document. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately, and any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that protects your account and ensures all transactions are legitimate. To complete KYC at fanchai, you need to upload front and back photos of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), along with a selfie holding your MyKad. The KYC review process takes between 1 and 24 hours during business hours. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed, and it only needs to be done once.

No. Each individual is only permitted to own one fanchai account only. Owning multiple accounts (multi-accounting) violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without notice. If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your existing account, please use the "Forgot Password" function or contact our support team for assistance.

Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings > Personal Information. From there, you can submit a request to change your email address or phone number. For security reasons, these changes require verification via an OTP sent to your old phone number or email. For example, if you deposit RM 100, you will receive an additional RM 200 in bonus credits — bringing your total playing credit to RM 300. This bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager before bonus credits can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 (RM 100 × 20) before the bonus can be withdrawn. All slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, while Live Casino and table games may contribute at different percentages. During the deposit process, you will see a "Promo Code" field on the payment page. Enter a valid promo code into that field before confirming your deposit. Yes, bonus credits can be converted to cash once the wagering requirement has been fully met. Please note that if you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, any unqualified bonus credits will be forfeited — only your original deposit amount will be processed for withdrawal.
